Held annually the first Tuesday of August, National Night Out encourages block parties all across the nation. If you block isn’t hosting one, organize it yourself! It’s easy — make a flyer, distribute it to your neighbors, find a couple tables, and call it a potluck. The City helps support you with end-of-block blockades and additional supplies.
